A popular WWE Superstar recently recalled suffering a horrific injury during a match six years ago. He shared a post on social media and opened up about it. On the September 7, 2020, edition of Monday Night RAW, the then Viking Riders joined forces with Apollo Crews and Ricochet to take on The Hurt Business in an eight-man tag team match. The popular tag team star underwent surgery the following week and was forced out of action for several months. Ad Trending Earlier today, Ivar posted multiple pictures of himself from the time he had gotten injured. In the caption, the 42-year-old WWE Superstar shared details about the damage he sustained. He noted that two discs exploded into his spinal cord, resulting in temporary paralysis. Ivar added that he was fortunate and grateful to have recovered from the brutal injury. "6 years ago today 2 discs basically exploded into my spinal cord suffering temporary paralysis and resulting in a 2 level spinal fusion of c5 and c6 and c6 and c7. Fortunate and grateful for every day i have in and out of the ring," Ivar wrote.
