Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Penix Jr. (knee) said he believes he is close to returning but is not where he wants to be at this time.

Why It Matters: Penix has been ruled out for Week 1 but has a chance to take over the starting job when healthy if Tua Tagovailoa struggles early in the season. Fantasy players can monitor the situation over the next few weeks but should only consider Penix a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he plays.
