Create Account A British-Nigerian influencer is dead following a botched penis enlargement procedure in Thailand. Igho 'Tiny' Ubiribo was on vacation with his wife, Daniella Simba Allen, in Bangkok where he had the operation earlier this year. Following the March 5 surgery, Ubiribo, known as Ego online, was receiving a massage from Allen when he complained of chest pain and lost consciousness twice, the Bangkok Post reported, citing the Sun Nigeria. He was taken to Sukhumvit Hospital, where doctors found a blood clot blocking blood flow to the lungs, according to the outlet. Ubiribo was unable to respond to questions so a CT scan was ordered, however, the influencer died before the imaging test could be performed. Daniella and her love. An inquest in London last month found that Ubiribo's penis enlargement procedure involved the injection of 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine, the outlet reported. Ultimately, Ubiribo's cause of death was a pulmonary embolism following that fatal injection of hyaluronic acid into the penis, with the coroner concluding the influencer died 'as the result of a cosmetic procedure abroad.' Ego is hopefully smiling down on his loved ones. (Instagram) Photo by @ego2222 / Instagram Honouring Ego Ubiribo, who had more than 185,000 followers on Instagram, was buried in London in May. His final post on Instagram was on Nov. 11, 2025, with Ubiribo sharing photos of himself and Nigerian-American musician Davido. 'Almost two decades in the game! I'm super proud of my little brother, it can only be GOD,' he captioned the carousel of photos. 'We went from Boys To Men.' Following his death, Ubiribo's friends and fellow creators paid tribute to the influencer. 'Rest Easy Brother,' creator CelebrityBarMan wrote in a May 29 Instagram post, sharing videos from his funeral. 'Even In Death, The Lifestyle Was Kept [100%] For You. Today London Stood Still For You Tiny, We Love You, We Celebrate You & We Will Never Forget You Brother, We Lived Bro.' Loveday Boma C. Ugwuanya, known on Instagram as 'cashkingbb,' penned in an Instagram post the day after Ubiribo died. 'Losing you broke something in me that's never gonna fix right.' He added: 'You were my brother, not by blood but by everything that actually matters. Rest easy, man. I'll keep saying your name out loud so the world doesn't forget you.'
