APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - A man accused of killing his father in Appleton will face trial in February. Gregory Juedes is charged with first-degree homicide. Prosecutors say he shot his father in November 2024 and ran from police. As we reported, officers responding to a disturbance found Daniel Juedes Sr. with 15 gunshot wounds in his home. They say Gregory Juedes led them on a pursuit the same day. He was stopped by police using a PIT manuever and tried to run away but was chased down. The criminal complaint alleges he made unsolicited comments in the ambulance about shooting his father multiple times and making sure his father was 'down for the count.' His trial is scheduled to start February 8. He faces life in prison if found guilty.
