Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan received Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev in the Turkish capital of Ankara on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
The meeting comes as Ankara continues to expand strategic cooperation across the Turkic world.
