Appointment of Mr. Vicky Deepakkumar Shah as an Additional Director designated as Chairman of the Company with effect from September 07, 2026. Mr. Vicky Deepakkumar Shah has extensive experience in the Tour and Travel industry and has been engaged in the business for several years. He holds a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, completed in 2012. His experience and knowledge of the travel and tourism sector are expected to contribute to the Company's growth, business development and overall strategic direction.
