（新德里9日综合电）印度西孟加拉州马尔达县一座拥有近150年历史的湿婆神庙近日不敌恒河河水上涨所带来的冲击二轰然坍塌，坠入恒河。
现场视频显示，9月7日，汹涌的河水不断冲刷掏空神庙地基，整座建筑在短短数秒内被浑浊的激流卷走。这一幕在当地民众中引发了恐慌，许多人认为，这是未来更大灾难的不祥之兆。
过去几天，马尔达县的恒河水位一直在上涨，道路交通也已中断。被淹没的道路阻碍了普通民众的出行。当地居民对河岸侵蚀和水位上涨感到极度恐慌。当地行政部门已开始采取行动以应对局势。
