Samsung's AR Doodle App Is Being Shown the Door This Year

The company recently announced that it will discontinue Quick Measure, and now another familiar app is following it out the door. Samsung is drawing the line under AR Doodle Samsung has confirmed that its AR Doodle app will be discontinued on December 31, 2026. From that date, the company will stop offering new downloads and updates for the app, bringing an end to official support. AR Doodle lets Galaxy users draw virtual objects and effects around them using augmented reality. Existing users can continue using AR Doodle after the shutdown date, although Samsung warns that some features may not work properly. The bigger problem comes with future software updates. Samsung says it won't provide compatibility support for AR Doodle on future operating system versions. So an upcoming Android or One UI update could eventually break parts of the app. And there's not going to be any fix from Samsung.
