Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes is set to be named among the 30 nominees for the 2026 Men's Ballon d'Or , according to Sam C reports.
The Portuguese midfielder is expected to feature on the shortlist when the nominees are officially revealed tomorrow.
Fernandes has earned recognition after an outstanding 2025/26 campaign, in which he recorded nine Premier League goals and a league-leading 21 assists. He also helped Manchester United secure a return to the Champions League.
The nomination would mark Fernandes' second appearance on the Ballon d'Or shortlist. He previously finished joint-21st in 2021 after making the 30-man list.
