Coke Florida Names Cecilia M. Pacheco Vice President of Human Resources

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC has appointed Cecilia M. Pacheco as vice president of human resources, bringing in a Fortune 500 HR executive to lead talent strategy and workforce programs as the Tampa-based Coca-Cola bottler continues to grow its operations across Florida. Pacheco will lead Coke Florida's human resources function, with responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Learning and Development, and Total Rewards. Her role puts her at the center of workforce planning for a company that employs more than 5,000 associates and operates production and distribution facilities throughout its 47-county Florida territory. She brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience with Fortune 500 organizations. During her career, Pacheco has led talent and organizational initiatives focused on business transformation, workforce development and operational effectiveness. 'Cecilia is an experienced human resources leader with a strong track record of building talent strategies that strengthen organizations and support business growth,' said Karla J. Radtke, Coke Florida's senior vice president of human resources and administration. Radtke said Pacheco's experience working with senior executives, developing high-performing teams and managing organizational transformation will support Coke Florida as the company continues investing in its workforce and expanding its business. The appointment gives Pacheco responsibility for a sizable workforce and operating footprint. Coke Florida runs four GreenCircle Certified production facilities and 18 distribution centers, supplying a beverage portfolio that includes sparkling soft drinks, water, tea, sports and energy drinks, juices and value-added dairy beverages. The company is a strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company and one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the United States. Its exclusive territory spans 47 Florida counties, requiring human resources operations to support employees across manufacturing, distribution and other functions. Pacheco said working with leaders and associates to develop the talent and organizational capabilities needed for continued growth will be a priority in her new position.
