Hops & Crops festival returns to Kent's Mary Olson Farm Saturday, Sept. 12

Kent's Mary Olson Farm will host the Hops & Crops Music and Beer Festival from Noon to 6 p.m. this coming Saturday, Sept. 12, offering adults 21 and older six hours of beer, cider, mead, food and live music. The fundraiser festival will take place at Mary Olson Farm in Kent (map below). General admission costs $35, with tickets available at the gate. Admission includes a 5-ounce tasting glass and five tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the event. Designated driver tickets will cost $10 and do not include tastings. Organizers said proceeds will support free and reduced-cost field trips to Mary Olson Farm. Almost 2,000 students visit the farm each year for free. Mary Olson Farm is located at 28728 Green River Road, Kent WA 98030:
