At the Punjab Chief Minister's direction, the Special Education Department has taken a major step to provide identity-related services to special children at their schools. Punjab Special Education Secretary Syed Shoaib Iqbal met with the NADRA South DG to discuss arrangements for providing these facilities to special children. According to the Special Education Department spokesperson, NADRA mobile buses and vans will visit special education schools, where NADRA staff will provide the required services. Syed Shoaib Iqbal said cooperation between Punjab Special Education and NADRA will continue to ensure that special children receive these services at their schools. He added that children with special needs will no longer have to visit NADRA offices to get their special cards.
