APM Candidate Hon. Akinsete Olakunle to Organise Free Eye Test and Medical Outreach for Ibadan South West Constituency 2 Residents

The APM Candidate for Ibadan South West Constituency 2, Hon. Akinsete Olakunle, is set to organise a free eye test and medical outreach for residents of the constituency.The outreach will hold on Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at UMC Molete by 10:00am.Speaking ahead of the programme, Hon. Akinsete said the initiative is part of his commitment to the welfare of his constituents, especially the elderly and low-income families who cannot easily afford medical care.'Health is wealth. Many of our people suffer in silence because they cannot access basic medical screening. This outreach is my way of giving back and ensuring that our people stay healthy and productive,' he said.Services to be provided include free eye screening, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, consultation with doctors, and free drugs. Beneficiaries with serious eye conditions will be referred to partner hospitals for further treatment at no cost.Party leaders, community heads, and volunteer health professionals are expected at the event. Hon. Akinsete assured residents that the programme will be sustained and extended to other wards in the constituency. He added that healthcare, education, and youth empowerment remain top priorities of the Allied Peoples Movement and his campaign ahead of the 2027 elections.
