The Seattle Seahawks are back in action this week, and they will host the New England Patriots at Lumen Field for a Super Bowl LX rematch right off the bat. Like any season, there are plenty of unknowns going into the beginning of the year, but there is one certainty we have: the first uniform combo!
On Monday, the Seahawks revealed their threads for Week 1. Seattle is beginning the year the same way they ended it: wearing their classic all-navy home uniforms. Seattle was a perfect 7-0 last season wearing their all-navy threads, and they'll be hoping to keep the winning ways going.
Overall, the Seahawks are 73-30 in the all-navy combo. It is by far the most wins they've enjoyed in any of their uniform combinations since the current Nike wardrobe was introduced prior to the 2012 season.
On the other side, the Patriots have announced their Week 1 uniform combination. New England will rock their typical white away jersey, and pairing it with their blue pants. The Patriots wore all-white in Super Bowl LX, and naturally, they may not want to rock that look after their humilating 29-13 loss. New England last wore this look in Seattle when they narrowly lost a 35-30 shootout in 2020 with Cam Newton.
