格隆汇9月8日｜ST棕榈公告称，因建设工程施工合同纠纷，株洲捌捌园林绿化工程有限公司起诉公司及关联方上海棕源绿谷城镇建设有限公司，上饶市广信区人民法院已立案受理，尚未开庭。涉案金额1.42亿元，占公司2025年度经审计净资产的33.76%。原告诉请确认相关施工合同及补充协议无效，判令两被告连带支付工程折价补偿款1.22亿元、资金占用利息、超期养护费等合计1.42亿元，并承担全部诉讼成本。本次诉讼对公司本期及期后利润的影响尚存在不确定性。
