Pakistani students earn five awards at Harvard Model United Nations China

Pakistani students have achieved notable success at the Harvard Model United Nations China, earning several awards and bringing recognition to the country on an international platform. According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, Cedar College and School secured the Best Small Delegation award after competing against more than 70 delegations at the event. Pakistani students also won five individual awards, including three Best Delegate honours and two awards for strong diplomatic performance. Naveen Raj, Muhammad Ahmed Hussain and Maliha Ali were among the students who received Best Delegate awards for their performance during the conference. Pakistani students Saleeqa Murtaza and Alishba Wazir were recognised as Best Diplomats for their work during discussions and negotiations. The students took part in debates on global issues and demonstrated strong skills in diplomacy, leadership and critical thinking. Their performance helped them stand out among participants from different countries. Hussam Moazzam, a student of Beaconhouse School Lahore, also represented Pakistan at the event and received the prestigious Honourable Mention award. His public speaking skills, confidence and strong diplomatic abilities helped him gain recognition during the international conference. The success of the Pakistani students highlighted the abilities of young people from the country and showed their confidence and skills on an international stage.
