The agreement totals $144,900 and includes $22,500 in annual SaaS fees and $77,400 in professional services, the Tyler contract summary says. The project is tied to Tyler's Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract and will move the county away from its legacy Digital Health Department system to Tyler's Enterprise Permitting & Licensing platform. The contract materials describe software modules for the Environmental Health workflow, including core EPL software, a foundation package, an environmental health suite and a California CUPA/CERS integration. The statement of work says the project's goal is to migrate from DHD to Enterprise Environmental Health, with Tyler responsible for configuration, conversion, training and project management services. The agreement also includes invoicing and payment terms, a service-level agreement, third-party terms and a migration addendum.
