폴란드 검찰, 존다크립토 용의자 조직범죄 혐의 적용

폴란드 국가검찰청이 암호화폐 거래소 존다크립토(ZondaCrypto) 관련 수사에서 체포된 용의자에게 조직범죄 가담 혐의를 적용하고 법원에 임시구금을 신청했다.
우블록체인(Wu Blockchain)은 국가검찰청이 지난 5일 체포된 로만 Ż(Roman Ż.)에 대한 심문을 마친 뒤 7일 이 같은 조치를 밝혔다고 보도했다.
검찰은 로만 Ż가 조직범죄 집단에 가담해 약 210만달러(약 28억원)를 횡령한 혐의를 받고 있다고 밝혔다.
