US Showcases Unparalleled American Defense Innovation at Egypt International Airshow 2026

By: Ninth Air Force (Air Forces Central) Public Affairs The 2026 Egypt International Airshow will officially launch at El Alamein, September 8, 2026, bringing together global aviation companies and highlighting the enduring defense partnership between Egypt and the United States. As the host nation showcases its premier aerospace capabilities, U.S. military aircraft and personnel are participating alongside their Egyptian and international counterparts from over 80 countries to demonstrate a shared commitment to regional stability and multilateral cooperation with over 50 combined aircraft on display. The United States is supporting the second iteration of this defense exposition with an exceptional display of cutting-edge U.S. military and civilian technology to further strengthen the U.S.-Egypt strategic partnership in the fields of military, commercial, and private aviation; aircraft manufacturing; aerospace technologies; and related industries. U.S. military personnel and aircraft from the U.S. Air Force and the Texas Air National Guard will be participating alongside global allies and partners featuring advanced U.S. military cargo aircraft; tactical air-to air and air-to-ground combat fighters; as well as close air support aircraft.
