Amarillo Zoo and Sanctuary to host annual Boo at the Zoo

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Amarillo Zoo and Sanctuary is gearing up for spooky season by hosting their annual Boo at the Zoo, a night full of family-friendly Halloween fun. According to event organizers, the event will have animal encounters, candy and treats, concessions, food trucks, a Halloween movie, and more. They add that Wild West Rehabilitation Center will be in attendance for their special Face Your Fear experience and will be bringing some Education Ambassadors. Dates for the event will be Oct. 22, 23 and 24 from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Amarillo Zoo and Sanctuary. Tickets: Organizers said that there will only be 2,500 tickets sold each night.
