Heavy rain floods streets after weather alert in Spanish city of Valencia

Flooding has hit the city of Valencia in Spain with torrential rain triggering rescues and major travel disruptions. Pictures from the Reuters news agency showed vehicles partially submerged and surrounded by flood waters during the rain. It's just two years a major tragedy in which catastrophic floods killed more than 220 people in Valencia province.
