Odessa police holding wreath-laying ceremony for fallen officer

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Odessa police will be holding a wreath-laying ceremony to pay tribute to a Fallen Corporal.
The ceremony will be starting at sunrise on September 12, at the Odessa Police Department Front Lawn - Memorial Statue and will be open to the public.
On Sept. 12, 2007, Corporal Abel Marquez died in the line of duty.
