In a resolution adopted Aug. 25, the Board of Supervisors said the lien would be recorded against 30818 Bambi Drive, listed in the document as the property tied to an amended Jan. 9, 2026, decision and order by Administrative Hearing Officer Katie Bellotti Porter. The resolution says that order found nuisance conditions on the property and directed the owners, Elliott Landy and Bianca R. Schofield, to abate violations including a failing septic system and accumulated junk and refuse. According to the resolution, the county demanded payment on July 1, 2026, but the owners did not pay the assessed amount or meet the deadlines in the hearing officer's order.
