Labor for Better

I went from kindergarten through layers of publicly funded or subsidized schooling. I ate the state lunch and dinner paid for with food stamps. I rode public transit to work when I could not afford to drive on public roads. I have collected both unemployment and disability benefits and now I rely on Medicare and Social Security. I stand with Mamdani, AOC, and Bernie, every day. I may someday not be ashamed of Congress, SCOTUS, or the Executive branch. Today is not one of them. I have labored for better and now find myself watching delusional madmen destroying the nation and planet. This is not how I imagined my swan song to be going. Subscribe now
