More Islamification From Hamtramck

Immigration from compatible cultures is one thing, from hostile cultures quite another. The population of Hamtramck, Michigan used to be 90% Polish. Then the Poles were displaced via hijrah. Hamtramck became the USA's Historic First City With a Muslim Majority City Council. It is now part of the Ummah, not America. This is not good news for women, who fare poorly under Islam. Not the Bee reports on a recent police chief: Court records show that Hamtramck Police Chief Jamiel Altaheri personally engaged in a 'pattern' of domestic violence in his own household, and told officers that wife-beating isn't a 'formal' crime. Altaheri was forced to resign (with severance) last year due to misconduct allegations that include driving a city vehicle while intoxicated to a strip club, handing a loaded gun to a civilian volunteer and telling her to put it to someone's head, and pressuring officers over a personal custody dispute. RealClear Investigations has more: On two occasions in 2024, Altaheri was said to 'hit and punch' the mother of his child. He allegedly ordered responding officers not to write up incident reports, arguing, 'You guys here in Michigan don't handle things the correct way; you guys make everything formal,' suggesting such cases should be handled through mosques following the tenets of Sharia law, which does not proscribe wife-beating as a crime. … Altaheri, who is of Yemeni descent, previously served as a New York police officer where he co-founded the NYPD Muslim Officers Society and the Yemeni American Law Enforcement Officers Association. He also headed the NYPD's Office of Equity and Inclusion, where he led efforts to hire more Muslims on the force. These efforts bore fruit.
