Tahir K Raina posted as Prpl Distt & Sessions Judge Jammu

STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Monday transferred Tahir Khurshid Raina, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu. According to an order issued by the Registrar General, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, following the transfer, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, until the post is filled on a regular basis. The order was issued by the Office of the Registrar General of the High Court at Srinagar and takes effect as per the directions contained therein.
