Man kills two brothers, sister-in-law in Bara

KHYBER: A man allegedly opened fire on his own family members, killing two of his brothers and his sister-in-law here in Bar-Qamber Khel village of tehsil Bara,disitrct Khyber last da, police said. The deceased were identified as Qadeem, Janab Gul, and a woman identified as (A). Soon after receiving information, a heavy contingent of Bara police, under the supervision of SHO Zahidullah Khan, rushed to the scene, cordoned off the area and launched an operation. Police arrested the alleged shooter, Jan Khan, son of Faqir Khan, in a timely action. A pistol allegedly used in the killings was also recovered from his possession, police said. According to the police case had been registered against the suspect, and further investigation was underway. Station House Officer (SHO) Zahidullah Khan said that preliminary investigation raised questions regarding the suspect's mental condition a medical examination would undergo to determine his mental state.
