Recess Rejects Cap 7-1 Season With St. Mary's Kickball Championship

(Courtesy of St. Mary's County Recreation & Parks) GREAT MILLS, Md. — The Recess Rejects capped off a dominant summer season with a championship win in the 2026 St. Mary's County Adult Kickball League. St. Mary's County Recreation & Parks announced the title Sept. 8, recognizing the Recess Rejects after they finished the regular season with a 7-1 record and went on to win the league championship last week at Chancellor's Run Regional Park. Average Joe's finished as the league runner-up after falling short in the championship game. Recreation & Parks congratulated all of the teams that participated in this summer's league and thanked players for another successful season.
