工商銀行 （01398） 於 9 月 6 日正式公布擬向財政部及中國煙草定向增發 1,000 億元（人民幣‧下同）A 股，標誌着自 2025 年啟動的國有大型商業銀行資本補充計劃正式邁入最終階段。高盛指出，連同工行本輪定增，財政部及相關主體已累計向五大國有行──工行、建行 （00939） 、中行 （03988） 、交行 （03328） 、郵儲行 （01658） 注資達 6,000 億元。
