Police appeal after Balasankar Narayanan fled care facility in Ilford

Balasankar Narayanan absconded while on escorted leave and was last seen at 2pm last Thursday (September 3), in South Park, where he ran away from staff. He is described as having shaved hair and was wearing a light green T-shirt, grey or black shorts, black socks with red stripes, and grey shoes.
