The first phase of the project will deliver approximately 100MW of phase one's 360MW capacity and is expected to become operational in 2028. The facility is designed to integrate renewable energy, advanced cooling, and high-performance computing infrastructure. It represents the first stage of a broader AI campus development planned to reach 1.5GW of capacity. The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team was co-led by Turki AlSheikh, Office Managing Partner in Riyadh, and Jeremy Brittenden, and included Hassan Hassan, Mohammed Alshaikh, Zaw Latt, Ghaida Albuainain, Sadeem Aljathlani and Haya Bandar.
