The acquisition significantly expands the company's regional presence and strengthens its ability to protect and serve members and policyholders across Idaho, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. With the regulatory process complete, Mountain West and its affiliates, 360 Insurance Company and Mountain West Captive Re Company, join Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho and its affiliates, Western Community Insurance Company, Farm Insurance Brokerage Company, and Farm Bureau Finance Company. Together, the affiliated companies serve more than 130,000 members, generate over $800 million in annualized premium, and hold $1.2 billion in assets.
