Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, showcasing a landmark year marked by record financial performance. The Company achieved its highest-ever revenue from operations, amounting to ₹1,20,862.59 lakh. This represents a substantial year-on-year growth of 12.52% compared to the previous fiscal year's revenue of ₹1,07,410.15 lakh. The Value of Production also reached an all-time high of ₹1,19,391.98 lakh, an increase of 12.04% over the previous financial year. Key Financial Highlights
The company's profitability also saw significant improvement. EBITDA stood at ₹27,558.83 lakh, reflecting a growth of 10.69% against the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose by 17.98% to ₹18,409.40 lakh, while Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by a notable 18.82% to ₹13,078.62 lakh. These achievements were realized despite geopolitical uncertainties and supply-chain disruptions, highlighting the company's operational strength, disciplined execution, and continued focus on creating sustainable value across its strategic sectors. Beyond financial strength, MIDHANI demonstrated technological advancement and significant contributions to India's strategic sectors. The company strengthened its position as a strategic materials partner by increasing the production of titanium alloys and expanding the supply of superalloys and other critical materials for indigenous aero-engine programs. Titanium production nearly doubled to approximately 700 MT during the year, supported by the commissioning of a new vacuum arc remelting furnace. A significant technological milestone was the development, for the first time, of cast single-crystal superalloy material for aero-engine blades, a demanding frontier in metallurgy that successfully passed full customer-mandated tests.
