"For the love of the game," she wrote in the caption. The rapper isn't afraid to go bold when it comes to body modification. In July, she showed off a massive diamond tongue ring via her jeweler, who goes by Benny The Jeweler online. In a video posted to Benny's Instagram on July 8, viewers got a close-up of the massive diamond before seeing it on Ice Spice, who sticks her tongue out in a selfie. In the caption, the jeweler claimed that the custom piece is the "biggest tongue ring in the world" and is worth $50,000. Earlier this year, the rapper addressed Ozempic rumors and shared that her recent weight loss was due to "depression." The "Princess Diana" rapper replied to a critic on X who made fun of her workout videos. "This weak ass video just shows it was definitely from Ozempic," the user wrote. "Na it was depression im better now tho," Ice Spice replied. In 2024, Ice Spice first responded to rumors that she was taking Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription medication for people with type 2 diabetes. It's one of the brand names for semaglutide — also known as Wegovy — and it suppresses appetite and increases satiety, leading to weight loss. "I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic.
