Alabama high school football power rankings: Prattville, Gulf Shores make big jumps

Unbeaten Prattville and Gulf Shores both made huge jumps into the AL.com Power 25 high school football rankings this week. After not being ranked last week, Bobby Carr's Lions come in at No. 7 this week. Prattville defeated Tuscaloosa County 62-0 last week. The Lions face No. 11 Hoover this week. Gulf Shores is in the Power 25 for the first time this year, moving to No. 15 after ending Saraland's 41-game home winning streak on Friday. Mark Hudspeth's team hosts Blount this week. For the fourth week in a row, they will face a top team this week, taking on No. 12 Spain Park.
