Apparel brand and manufacturer, Zodiac Clothing Company has reported a standalone net loss of Rs 31.16 crore (US $3.26 million) for FY 2025-26, narrowing from Rs 40.31 crore (US $4.22 million) in the previous fiscal. The company's standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 160.12 crore (US $16.77 million) in FY26, compared with Rs 172.91 crore (US $18.10 million) in FY25. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs 35.04 crore (US $3.67 million), compared with Rs 37.20 crore (US $3.89 million) in FY25. During the year, Zodiac Clothing completed a preferential allotment of over 1.46 million shares to its promoter group at Rs 102.43 (US$1.07) per share, raising approximately Rs 15 crore (US $1.57 million). The funds are expected to strengthen the company's capital base and support liquidity. The company did not declare any dividend for FY26 and maintained its CRISIL BB/Stable credit rating. During the year, Salman Yusuf Noorani took over as Chairman in February 2026. The company also made board appointments, including Djena Sunavala and Mohamad Musaed Abu Nasr Noorani. Zodiac Clothing also paid a regulatory penalty of Rs 1.53 lakh (US$1,602) to BSE and NSE relating to a compliance matter concerning the tenure and age requirements of an Independent Director. The company stated that the matter has been resolved.
