馬國明要財唔要獎：錢最實際

藝人馬國明由無綫藝員訓練班一路爬到一線男主角位置，他向來務實沉穩，即使如今貴為視帝，作風依然親民貼地。日前他接受無綫網上節目《梳化時間》訪問，坦言早已看淡獎項榮譽，反而老實承認「錢先係最實際」，肩負照顧兩個家庭重擔的他打趣道：「如果畀個獎我但搵唔到錢，咁其實冇乜用！」
回想剛入行時月薪僅有2,000多港元，馬國明透露母親因心痛他手頭緊絀，經常偷偷塞現金到其銀包內。而節儉有責任感的父親50多歲時已退休，促使馬國明負起家庭重擔，如今照顧家人的責任已成為他拍戲賺錢的最大動力。
