Sopot ma za sobą bardzo udany sezon. Większość lata obłożenie sopockich hoteli utrzymywało się na bardzo wysokim poziomie. W czerwcu wyniosło ono 85 procent. Później statystyka ta tylko rosła: w lipcu było to już 87 procent, a w sierpniu 90.
