Purpose: The Senior Manager, Commercial Innovation will support the DePuy Synthes Commercial Excellence organization as we build and scale a Commercial Intelligence Platform. This role will serve as a force multiplier for the Sr. Director, Strategic Customer Programs, helping translate strategic vision into actionable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, consulting experience, process redesign expertise, and strong facilitation skills. The contractor will lead workstreams that identify, prioritize, and define high-value commercial AI use cases while helping design future-state workflows, operating models, launch strategies, and value realization frameworks. This role will partner closely with Commercial Excellence, Pricing & Contracting, Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Data & Technology teams.
