2100 Arcane Mage LF M+ Keys Team/Community!

Hello! Currently doing a lot of keys on my mage and loving it so far. I just hit KSM last night and I am looking for a team or community that has a lot of coordinated keys groups to run 10s+ a couple times a week! I'm not one to want to go super high normally but I would love to at least aim for 3k M+ rating this tier on this mage for mount and vault/gear upgrades! I want to learn better strats and pugs make that very difficult since there's almost no time/room for discussing things beforehand, as well as people just generally being hard to talk to.
