(260925) -- UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 25, 2026 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi speaks at a press encounter at the UN headquarters in New York, Sept. 25, 2026. Araghchi said Friday that his country has conveyed to the United States a plan under which the Strait of Hormuz can be reopened within seven days if necessary conditions are met.
