限られた資源で多くの国民に行政サービスを提供しなければならない低所得国にとり、AIは大きな助けになる。これまでに実施された実験的運用で有効性は確かめられているが、必ずしも十分な成果ではない。問題は、貧困地域がAI導入に必要な基本的能力を欠くことだ。人的訓練など地道な努力から始める必要がある。
