Malaysian Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail visited the headquarters of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in Islamabad, accompanied by Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry. NADRA Chairman Lt Gen Muhammad Munir Afsar welcomed the Malaysian delegation and provided an overview of the authority's digital systems, technological upgrades and efforts to improve public service delivery. The human cost of the Sydney Swans crisis The delegation was briefed on how NADRA is using modern technology and digital platforms to streamline identity and registration services and make them more accessible and efficient for citizens. Saifuddin Nasution Ismail expressed appreciation for NADRA's progress in digital transformation and its efforts to use technology to improve services. He described the initiatives as a reflection of Pakistan's growing technological capabilities. The Malaysian minister also commended NADRA for introducing faster and more efficient service mechanisms, while members of the delegation toured various sections of the headquarters to observe its systems and operational processes.
