MG News September 10, 2026 (MLN): Ghani Global Glass Limited (PSX: GGGL) has successfully commissioned and commenced operations of a 1.5 MW solar power generation system at a cost of Rs120 million. The project represents an investment in renewable energy aimed at improving energy security, reducing the environmental impact of manufacturing operations, and lowering manufacturing costs. The solar system is expected to reduce the plant's dependence on electricity from the local grid, particularly during daylight operating hours, while delivering long-term operational benefits.
