ISLAMABAD, Oct 08 (APP): Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital on Thursday organized an awareness walk on World Sight Day 2026 to highlight the importance of eye health, timely examinations and prevention of avoidable blindness.
The walk aimed to raise public awareness about the importance of regular eye check-ups and early detection of vision problems.
Participants highlighted the need for greater awareness and preventive measures to protect eyesight and promote better vision for all.
The activity was part of World Sight Day observances aimed at drawing attention to eye health and encouraging people to seek timely eye care.
