RTO Hyderabad Achieves Remarkable 18% Growth during first Quarter, 2027

Hyderabad: The Regional Tax Office (RTO) Hyderabad has achieved a significant milestone by recording a provisional net collection of Rs. 28.788 billion during the first quarter of FY 2026-27, reflecting an impressive 18% growth compared with Rs. 24.373 billion collected during the corresponding period of FY 2025-26. The achievement represents a substantial performance demonstrating the concerted efforts and dedication of the officers and staff of RTO Hyderabad. During September 2026 alone, RTO Hyderabad collected a provisional net amount of Rs. 12.009 billion, showing 18% growth over Rs. 10.093 billion during September last year. The First Quarter collection comprised Rs. 18.402 billion under Income Tax, Rs. 9.760 billion under Sales Tax, and Rs. 627 million under Federal Excise Duty, registering growth of 9%, 37% and 37%, respectively.
