LYME, CT — The time is almost here for bargain hunters, collectors and families looking for children's toys to get their fill at the annual George House Tag Sale and Lyme Grange Toy Tag Sale on Saturday, Sept. 12. The George House Tag Sale at Lyme Public Hall, 249 Hamburg Rd., and the Lyme Grange Toy Tag Sale at the Lyme Grange, 2 Sterling City Rd., will both run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The popular community fundraisers will feature a wide range of items, from antiques and housewares to children's toys and equipment. Residents who would like to contribute items still have one final chance to do so. The last donation drop-off day for both sales is Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds support the two organizations and their programs.
