英伟达首席执行官黄仁勋9月6日在社交媒体发帖称，OpenAI的GPT-6 Astra模型由超过10万个NVIDIA Grace Blackwell NVLink 72集群训练完成。他还在社交媒体上祝贺OpenAI团队，并直言'通用人工智能（AGI）已经到来'。
NVLink 72指通过NVLink技术把72颗GPU高速互联，对外像一块'巨型GPU'一样工作。9月3日，OpenAI发布GPT-6 Astra，称其为一次'代际跃迁'，在计算机操作、软件工程、网络安全和科学研究等领域达到先进水平。
