Atfa Javed secures first position as girls outshines boys in inter exams

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi announced top position holders for the Intermediate First Annual Examination 2026 on Tuesday, with Atfa Javed securing overall first position across the board. Board Chairman Prof Dr Iqbal Mehmood announced that Atfa Javed of Punjab College for Women, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, topped the board by scoring 1,156 out of 1,200 marks. Noor Fatima Sajid, from the same campus, followed in second place with 1,151 marks. The third position was jointly shared by Nabiha Iman (Punjab College for Women, Talagang) and Muneeb Shah (Punjab College, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi), who both scored 1,142 marks.' Extending congratulations to top achievers, parents, and teachers, Chairman Prof. Dr. Iqbal Mehmood commended students for their dedication and academic brilliance. The board will host an award ceremony at its premises on Wednesday, to honor position holders with medals and prizes. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Faisalabad has announced the position holders in the annual intermediate examination-2026 on Tuesday. The formal result will be declared on September 23 at 10 am during a ceremony which would be arranged at the board's auditorium. The result will be available at the board website www.bisefsd.edu.pk.According to the notification, Hafiza Ghanwa Amber d/o Muhammad Ajmal, Roll No 401533 obtained 1165 /1200 marks and overall tops the result. She was a student of Punjab College (For Women) Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad. Four students obtained 1156 /1200 marks in the exam and overall stood second in the board. They included Urooj Fatima d/o Qaisar tanveer, Roll No 401531, Punjab College (For Women) Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad; Rameen Hassan d/o Hassan Sharif, Roll No 401545 from Punjab College (For Women) Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad; Yusra Nadeem d/o Muhammad Nadeem Nasir, Roll No 403086 from Muhammad Ali Jinnah Girls Higher Secondary School 274-JB, Bhowana Road, Pancera and Alishba Naseer d/o Muhammad Naseer-ul-Din, Roll No 410827 from Al-Falah Girls Higher Secondary School, Chak Jhumra. Three candidates secured 1155 /1200 marks in the exam and remained third in the board. They included Saimoon Fatima d/o Sajid-Ur-Rehman, Roll No 405486 from Punjab College for Women, Punj Pullian Stop, Daewoo Road, Faisalabad; Deap Fatima d/o Ejaz Muneer Khan Roll No 405579 from Punjab College for Women, Punj Pullian Stop, Daewoo Road, Faisalabad and Muhammad Zain Mustafa s/o Shakeel Ahmad, Roll No 425892 from Allama Iqbal Science College (Boys), Qadri Darbar Road, Gojra, Toba Tek Singh.
