The latest announcement is out from mPay SA ( (PL:MPY) ). mPay S.A. has signed a cooperation agreement with Meest Transfer sp. z o.o., a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, to provide regulated payment services that underpin transactions in the mPay ecosystem, including card, BLIK, digital wallet and bank account payments. The deal replaces current provider SIBS without expanding the functional scope, with management citing commercially favourable terms and viewing the arrangement as critical to maintaining uninterrupted payment processes and developing the company's target operating model, although the financial impact will depend on when services launch and the volume of processed transactions.
